How to get network bandwidth used to 100% and NOT throttled by DMS

Hi, some insights will be appreciated, please

1. Based on this DOCUMENTED DMS restriction

"The network speed between the source database and the AWS DMS replication instance is slow. By design, a single AWS DMS task can't use the full network bandwidth"

2. How do we bypass it?

We would rather want to have network bandwidth used to 100% and NOT throttled by DMS

i.e. in customer control and not in DMS control

Is there a hidden flag to bypass this etc.?
