Unable to upgrade Aurora 5.7 to 8

Hi Team, I was facing an issue while upgrading from Aurora MySQL 5.7 (2.12.1) to Aurora MySQL 8 by modifying instance from console and choosing the higher version and tried with ti restore the snapshot of 5.7 with Aurora. 8. Both the possibilities are not working it is creating upgrade precheck logs and nothing more. No logs, no events. if the actual process not working properly, it should be rolled back to the previous version, but in this case, it is not upgrading nor rolling back. structing in upgrading state or creating state. current version of aurora MySQL : 2.12.1 I applied the changes which are suggested by prechecks, but still facing the same issue. I'm not worrying about upgrade, but it should roll back to the actual state, why it is not creating any log files and not upgrading or rolled back.
