為什麼某些國家/地區的收件人無法收到我的 SMS 訊息？
透過 Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) 或 Amazon Pinpoint 使用一般或未註冊的寄件者 ID 時，無法將行動簡訊傳送到特定國家/地區。
解決方法
在某些國家/地區，目的地行動電信業者會篩選掉透過通用或未註冊的字母數字寄件人 ID 傳送的短訊服務 (SMS) 訊息。下列國家/地區要求使用已註冊的寄件者 ID，才能確保訊息傳遞成功。這些國家/地區包括：
- 白羅斯
- 埃及
- 約旦
- 科威特
- 卡達
- 斯里蘭卡
- 土耳其
- 阿拉伯聯合大公國 (阿聯酋)
- 越南
如果您的 SMS 訊息由於使用一般或未註冊的寄件者 ID 而無法傳送至上述國家/地區，請使用已註冊的寄件者 ID。若要註冊您的寄件者 ID，請遵循為 SMS 訊息和 Amazon SNS 申請寄件人 ID 中的說明。
註冊寄件人 ID 後，請設定 Amazon SNS 在來自您帳戶的所有訊息中預設使用您的寄件人 ID。或者，指定在使用 SNS 向特定目的地國家/地區發佈訊息時，使用該寄件人 ID。
