AWS Cloud Institute: Error 403

Question

![](/media/postImages/original/IMGTsc9It4S5akfYO3PswFPw) I received an email to to complete the final steps of the application for the AWS Cloud Institute. Once I clicked on the link associated with the email, I received an error 403, forbidded access, as seen on the screenshot below. Any ideas?

Hi Nykki, are you still experiencing this issue?  If so, please confirm that you are signed into Skill Builder with the same account that you provided during the application process.  If that does not solve your issue, please [open a support case here](https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) and set the type to "AWS Cloud Institute".  Also, please use the "AWS Could Institute" tag in re:Post to ensure that the AWS Cloud Institute community sees your post.  This one was tagged to "AWS Academy" which is a different program.
