I had come across that originally, but there have been 4 releases over the past 2 months. I'll bump that GH issue and see if it is still planned for an upcoming AL2023 release.
I asked if there was any update and got this response from nmeyerhans.
"Yes, php 8.2 is coming soon. We are targeting our upcoming quarterly release for the 8.2 introduction."
This has now been released! @Riku_Kobayashi, did you want to update your answer to reflect that.
