How do I find the wordpress database user and password for lightsail

I uploaded a snapshot and ever since then I have been getting the "Error establishing a database connection" screen. I went into the wp-config file and made sure the DB user and pass was correct. The database is running. So now Im trying to get into the database itself and make sure my setting are correct but Im not sure if Im doing the right thing. Help ~ :)
