Increase Default quota for a specific service

Hi, is it possible to set a default quota value for a specific quota and use it for all accounts created in AWS Organization?

I saw that is possible to use quota template in order to request a quota increase but I want a quota value to be already enabled after account creation without waiting for a request to be approved.
