Hi, based on the network time out error you are receiving, it seems there is a network connectivity issue. I would recommend troubleshooting using this article. I would recommend verifying the first five items from the article under section "For the “Connection timed out” error, verify the following".
Once the connectivity errors resolved, please also ensure using Admin username when connecting to storage gateway EC2 instance. Thank you.
