Hi, This post will provide you solid guidance on Kubernetes RBAC and IAM Integration in Amazon EKS: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/containers/kubernetes-rbac-and-iam-integration-in-amazon-eks-using-a-java-based-kubernetes-operator/
In this blog post, we will walk through the details of implementing a Kubernetes Operator
that leverages new features in Kubernetes Java SDK to help manage the integration of Kubernetes
role-based access control (RBAC) and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a Kubernetes
cluster provisioned using Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS).
Hope it helps!

To apply RBAC to your cluster, you need to take the following stemps.
-. Create IAM user.
-. Map IAM User and k8s User.
-. Create k8s Role with rules for admin.
-. Create RoleBinding to map k8s User and Role.
-. Apply k8s Role and RoleBinding.
Instead IAM User, you can apply IAM Role as same way.
I recommend you refer to the links below. https://archive.eksworkshop.com/beginner/090_rbac/ https://archive.eksworkshop.com/beginner/091_iam-groups/
