I don't know about such one-time support contracts.
But, rather, did you try to post the tech details of your issue on re:Post to see if members of the community might be able to help you ? It doesn't seem so from your question history.
Some folks of our support organization also contribute to this site. So, you may obtain their support (or not) this way.

No, I didn't ask before. I searched here before but a similar question did went unanswered.

Hence I was asking for the paid option.
Unfortunately the AWS support pricing overview isn't quite clear what the minimum length is.

But it sounds like I could subscribe to the Developer support contract for a month and the cancel on the next month.
