Hi there, I am writing back here again, CASE ************* I have followed the steps and deleted all of those. Could you please proceed with the further steps and adjust the billing and refund me asap please.

The AWS re:Post community doesn't have visibility of any support cases, nor can it access the billing details of your account.

You are advised to continue to engage AWS Support through the channel that you used to raise the original support case.
