DNS still not transferred after 48 hours

Hi,

I have transferred my domain to route 53 last week, and followed by create a Hosted Zone. However, it seems the DNS still not taking over my domain name servers after 48 hours. My business email has been lost for more than for 4 days already, appreciated if AWS could help me on this.

When you do a whois what does it have as the registrar for your domain?

Also, when you created the hosted zone in Route 53 was it definitely a public zone and not private (easy mistake to make), and is also in the same account as the domain was transferred to (if your organisation has multiple accounts)?

Even if you're on a Basic Support plan (which would preclude you from raising a support call most of the time) you can still raise a support call with AWS to get support for this, under Account and Billing -> Service: Billing -> Category: Domain Registration Issue
