Ping is 100% loss

Hello, my site is not working. I am using bitnami magento Lightsail instance and static IP - 18.194.102.101 It was working fine and then stopped. I don't know why. Domain is hosted in other service, I wrote them, They said - that it's ok. IP is correct and domain is working fine. They give me this link https://check-host.net/ip-info?host=dolka.com.ua.&csrf_token=8accecec9bbf638557d9a0b396af923f01ca86e9

I couldn't find any errors in my AWS Lightsail instance.

Hi! The DNS correctly resolves to the IP address as you can see in this line:

ping dolka.com.ua PING dolka.com.ua (18.194.102.101) 56(84) bytes of data.

Please check, whether you configured the firewall to let pings (ICMP) through from your current IP address:
