How to download 9TB S3 bucket to external drive

I have approx 9TB of zip files (over 1000 files) in an S3 bucket. I want to download/transfer the entire bucket contents to a local HD drive and then delete the S3 files to save storage costs. How can I accomplish this? thanks!
