I want to create a new container. but it can't and a notification like this appears.

Create operation failed The service can’t create the container because of previous subscriber activity for this account. For assistance, contact your admin.

what is the solution?

Hi, this is Abhi from AWS. Is this a new account? If it is, I would recommend creating a case with AWS Support, and they should be able to resolve this for you.
