List RDS shared snapshots

Question

I'm copying/sharing snapshots from source account to target account and they show on target account on "Shared with me" tab. The whole process works using the console. But when I try to replicate that from cli is not possible as on the destination account I'm not able to list the "Shared with me" snapshots to be able to use the Id to restore it.

but using this on target:
```
aws rds describe-db-cluster-snapshots --snapshot-type shared --region us-east-2                                                                                                                     11:19:37
{
    "DBClusterSnapshots": []
}
```
Why see the snapshots on console but not on cli? How can  I get them from cli on cli not using source account credentials?

Hello.  
Try the following command.  
https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/documentation/api/latest/reference/rds/describe-db-cluster-snapshots.html
```
aws rds describe-db-cluster-snapshots --include-shared --snapshot-type shared
```
