I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent exam experience with PearsonVue at home on 28/04/2023. I have opened two case tickets, CASE 09618153 and CASE 12917455091, but unfortunately, only one of my case has been addressed.
In the first case CASE 09618153 , I believe my exam was revoked due to a malfunction in the exam platform. During my online exam with with PearsonVue, I encountered technical difficulties that prevented me from re-entering the exam. In an attempt to seek assistance, I had to use my phone to contact customer support and regain access to my exam. This case took 4 weeks for a reply.
Regarding the second case CASE 12917455091, I opened a ticket in order to retake the exam, as the previous case did not provide a satisfactory solution. They have contradicted themselves and left me confused as now I’ve been told the case being reviewed again to see if I passed, failed or is invalidated. Also, I was informed that an authorization was required to have a retake. I was told that getting this authorization information will take up to 3 weeks. This is an additional 3 weeks on top of my first case. This would mean I might get a resolution after 7 weeks since my I first addressed the issue.
This prolonged delay and lack of resolution have left me incredibly disappointed, stressed, and is not acceptable. I request immediate resolution to my AWS situation.
