Sir, I'm trying to create instance of 2GB Ram but AWS is giving me Error and saying to contact customer support But I am unable to contact customer support as I'm on the Free Tier.

This time, it is an account-related issue, so you can contact them for free.
Please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
