As per best of my understanding certificates must be imported one at a time with cli.

aws documentation syntax:- aws acm import-certificate --certificate fileb://Certificate.pem --certificate-chain fileb://CertificateChain.pem --private-key fileb://PrivateKey.pem --region us-east-2 --profile default

Also pointer to note Multiple certificates with the same domain name can be imported, but they must be imported one at a time.

You can use the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) to import multiple certificates into AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) using the import-certificate command.

Here's an example of how to import multiple certificates from a directory called certs:

for file in certs/*.pem; do
  aws acm import-certificate --certificate file://$file --private-key file://$file.key --certificate-chain file://$file.chain
done

This will loop through all of the .pem files in the certs directory, import each certificate using the import-certificate command and specifying the path to the certificate, private key, and chain files using the file:// prefix.

Also, you will need to make sure that you have the correct permissions to import certificate into ACM.
