Cannot create CloudFont Distribute

Question

My account does not allow to create CloudFont Distribution. This is error details:
"Your account must be verified before you can add new CloudFront resources. To verify your account, please contact AWS Support (https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/) and include this error message.". How can I fix it?

Or alternatively try to open a limit increase request here and choose CloudFront as Resource :https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/case/create?issueType=service-limit-increase
