Why you keep sending me mails "Action required – Your AWS account is past due" since all the payments are ok ?

Hello All, My name is George Souliotis. I have received an email from you with the subject "Action required – Your AWS account is past due". This concerns a payment that has been performed, however, you keep sending me this. When I press the "Make the payment now" link, I am transferred to the application page in which "No payments due / No payments due to display." is displayed. I am anxious about it, cause you might disable the account (If we are unable to process your payment, your account may be suspended.) and I have applications running on EC2. Please check the payments and give me feedback, that everything is OK. Please send me feedback on what you need to verify that everything is okay and stop this invalid email.

Best way to get support for your scenario is to open a ticket "Account and Billing" from your console. All customer have access to Account and Billing support. This is free support. Please follow instructions here:
