I've got charges, but have no running instances

Question

According to billing monitor I've got charges with NAT gateway, but I don't have any running. Neither other ec2 instances is not running.
Event aws console shows, that there is no running nat in any region. 
How can it be?

Hello.

You can find active resources by following the steps "Confirm you have terminated all active resources" in the document below.  
Please follow these steps to search for resources that incur charges.  
https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/check-for-active-resources

For EC2, you will also be charged for snapshots and EBS volumes.  
Therefore, please check whether there are any remaining EBS volumes or snapshots.
