Build and Train a Machine Learning Model Locally - SageMaker Tutorial

I am taking the above tutorial in SageMaker. Why can't I see the read_bucket = "sagemaker-sample-files" and the read_prefix = "datasets/tabular/synthetic_automobile_claims" in my default S3 bucket?
