CloudFormation Updating AppRunner Service

Is it possible after the AppRunner is created from CloudFormation to modify the same AppRunner service using CloudFormation? (in azure the scripts everytime that are executed check if the resource is created and then update it, instead of deleting it). Or I will have to use CDK/SDK to update an already created AppRunner service?

When you look through the CloudFormation documentation for this resource (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-apprunner-service.html) you'll find that each property defines what happens when you change it. Some are "Update requires: No interruption", some "Update requires: Replacement".
