i have created new account of aws and after 6 7 hours my account was suspended why

I assume, you can't access AWS account anymore, so I'd suggest you to visit AWS support page, and submit your request through Still unable to sign in to your AWS account, they are well equipped to handle this situation and assist you in best possible way.
