AWS Identity center(AWS SSO) - Onelogin

Question

I have integrated AWS SSO and onelogin. However, onelogin is not able to sync users. I have verified the SCIM URL and access token is correct. Onelogin is throwing this error: API not authenticated for app AWS single sign-on.

Did you follow exactly the procedure described in Step 2, in particular bullet #5 and beyond?
