Accidentally limited permission of my IAM user

New to AWS, very embarrassing situation. While playing around with IAM to try and set the appropriate permissions from IAM user for lambda, I ended up limiting my permission in a way that now prevents me from doing anything in AWS Management Console, including resetting/deleting/updating my permission or new users. Maybe there is a way and I just don't know, but after scouring around for 30 minutes, I decided to ask the question here if anyone had any suggestions.

Requests have been sent to Customer Support.

If you limited IAM user and there is no IAM user/role to change the policy back, you should try to use root account. When you create new AWS Account, you registered email address. You can log in with the email address as root and the root has all permission you need.

Once you change the IAM policy using root account, you should logout root account and then try to log in with IAM user.
