Will ALB be affected by Chrome's third-party cookies deprecation?

Using CookieServe, my site revealed the use of AWSALB and AWSALBCORS. When Google finally ramps up to 100% of users with third-party cookies blocked in Q3 2024, will that affect the functionality of my site? Are there mitigation strategies I should start implementing?
