Unexpected Error when uploading files to S3 bucket

Hello everyone,

my VA (working from the philippines) gets an unexpected error when uploading files to our bucket. Even one step before, when she is adding the files to the upload page where you can set the permission, the file count remains on 0. Does anyone has a clue what is going on?
