app Deploying and s3 ploicy

We have an application running on the AWS EC2 machine. Application is with name: App-Version-01 Running Apps to list Folders and Sub-Folders in S3 Bucket as shown below in diagram,

Query: - 1: What all DevOps activities are required to provision infrastructure to have the above application running EC2 machine of AWS cloud.

Now There is new version of application, App-Version-02 as per diagram below,

Query: - 2: What CI/CD mechanism you will use to deploy the next version of the application. Query: - 3: What policies on S3 bucket you will apply to admin and non-admin users so they can work accordingly
