How long does it take to update DNS records?

How long does it take to update DNS records after transferring a domain to an AWS account? I´ve been waiting for three weeks.

Open domains in route53 console and update the DNS server records accordingly. They are updated pretty quickly.

Thanks! I transferred a domain to AWS on September 21st. On October 5th they deleted all DNS records, and that day I added new txt and cname records. The last records still don't appear. That is normal?
