A recent update in Chrome might have broken something related to HTTPS. Check the usual stuff:
- Clear the browser cache and cookies in Chrome. Sometimes leftover data can cause issues.
- Disable any Chrome extensions that are installed. On rare occasions an extension can interfere.
- Make sure Chrome is up to date with the latest version. A new update may have fixed the underlying problem.
- As a test, try connecting with a different browser like Firefox or Edge. If it works in another browser, then it further points to a Chrome-specific issue.
- Check for any VPN profile setting issues within the AWS VPN client application itself that could prevent a proper connection from being established.
If the problem persists after trying the above steps, you may want to create a new support case with AWS to investigate further. Hopefully a cache clear or browser/profile setting check will resolve the immediate issue.
