Inorder To point your domain registered with AWS Route 53 to a site developed on Wix, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your AWS Management Console:

    • Go to the AWS Management Console and navigate to the Route 53 dashboard.
  2. Select Your Domain:

    • In the Route 53 dashboard, select the domain you want to point to your Wix site.
  3. Create a Record Set:

    • Under the "Records Sets" section, click on "Create Record Set."

4Get Wix's Name Servers:

  • In a separate tab or window, log in to your Wix account. Go to the Wix DNS settings, and it should provide you with a list of name servers.
  1. Set the Record Type:

    • For IP Address , choose "A - IPv4 address."
    • For DNS Name , Choose CNAME
  2. Wait for DNS Propagation:

    • DNS changes can take some time to propagate across the internet. It can take up to 48 hours, but usually, it happens much faster.

Once the DNS changes have propagated, your domain registered with AWS Route 53 will point to your site developed on Wix.
