EC2 instance does not stop, when it stopped it runs automatically like zombie

Question

I stopped my EC2 about 3 weeks ago but it kept running...
and i got huge billing.

My instance informations are following.

Instances: i-013ca988ae534b363 (mp12-cluster1-ng-1-Node), i-0ff70625df13109b7 (mp12-cluster-2-ng-1-Node), i-032d57f93b9d80f21 (mp12-cluster1-ng-1-Node), i-086871cc9447d4a85 (mp12-cluster2-ng-1-Node), i-0be17ccc13a14cd1d (mp12-cluster-2-ng-1-Node), i-0ec5ca7e77e4659eb (mp12-cluster2-ng-1-Node)

It looks like those are all part of a cluster of some sorts, maybe EKS or EMR. If you tried to just stop the instances, they were likely part of an autoscaling group and were replaced with new instances. If you want them complete gone, you would need to destroy the cluster, or delete the autoscaling group to prevent them from coming back.
