cloudwatch - is it possible to troubleshoot an issue with a amazon connect flow?

0

Hi

I am trying to create a new connect flow using the 'show view' block - this flow has no amazon lex bots. The 'show view' block keeps resulting in an error and I can't figure out why - am I able to write a cloudwatch query which refers to the amazon connect instance and help provide more details as to why my 'show view ' block isnt working..? all my current cloudwatch queries filter by amazon lex bot name but this flowdoesnt have ant bots.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I understand that you would like to write a cloud watch query based on the connect instance. However, I would like to inform you that without any bots available to call, we cannot write a query.

I did come across Add an Amazon Lex bot to Amazon Connect :

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/amazon-lex.html

Having said that, looks like we need to troubleshoot directly the issue of why the creation of new connect flow using Show view is not successful for you.

To answer your question, we require details that are more specific to your account to check further and help. Please open a support case with AWS using the following : https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/case/create

Good Day!

If your instance is logging to CW you will see contact flow logs in CW. In your instance details > Flows > Flow logs.

Remember to add a "Set Logging behavior" block ("enabled") to the very beginning of your flow as well (before the "show view" block) - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/set-logging-behavior.html
