In Cost Explorer, you can filter your costs by Service. Select the filter option, then choose Amazon WorkSpaces as the service.

Usage Type Filter

To drill down into licensing costs, use the Usage Type filter. Look for usage types related to Microsoft Office licensing. These might be labeled with specific usage types indicating "Software" or "Licenses" in their description.
