AWS Amplify 'Save and Deploy' error - We are unable to process your request. Please reach out to your support representative.

I am following the tutorial for build-react-app-amplify-graphql. When I try save and deploy I get the error, my git hub is connected and I select the main branch, please advise. this is a new app never deployed

The Save and Deploy does not even start, I get the 'We are unable to process your request. Please reach out to your support representative.' as soon as I click 'Save and Deploy'. I wonder is it an account setup issue ? I have check that the region is correct.

    Creating new app also throwing Houston error. Please share the details, if the issue has been resolved

Click to the step that is marked as fail, in the logs you will see details about your current errors in the code. Commonly that Amplify can't find your file, because of when you push code to Github, .gitignore file prevent it to include the necessary files.
