Hello,
To address the first issue, it seems like you have another application that is going to "put" data in S3 following a specific log format. This is not going to be a problem with S3, however, with some other component in your workflow. If you could share what service is putting data in S3 that would be helpful to further resolve your issue.
To address the second issue that you cannot download the WAV file; this may be because you have your data currently stored in the archive storage class. This means they will have a different retrieval process than the files in Standard. To retrieve files from Glacier this can take up to 12 Hours.
