Unable to establish connection to Amazon Redshift from AWS Glue. It was working before with the same setting i am using right now. 1. Checked publicly accessible setting in Redshift 2. Create a VPC endpoint for S3 3. Configured security group with correct rules 4. Verified the credentials 5. Verified iam role attached to AWS Glue by even providing admin privileges.

Unable to establish connection to Amazon Redshift from AWS Glue. It was working before with the same setting i am using right now.

Checked publicly accessible setting in Redshift
Create a VPC endpoint for S3

Could it be that the VPC lost internet access or the Redshift endpoint (you mention the s3 but not for Redshift)?

Hi,

You should try to create a glue endpoint in the same region of your glue connection. Moreover, verify that you glue connection is attached to the right VPC/Subnet/SG.

thanks for your valuable inputs. I verified it was VPC which was creating the trouble and it was an issue for the network I was connected on. I tried with another machine and on the different network and my issue got fixed.
