Reschedule Exam

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that during the recent test CLF-C01 - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (retiring Sept 18, 2023) - English (ENU)

I experienced an unexpected disconnection. The disconnection occurred because I received an urgent call from my father that required immediate attention due to the fact he was in the hospital.

I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the testing process, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption this may have caused. I take full responsibility for the disconnection and assure you that it was an isolated incident.

Regrettably, I am unable to reschedule the event on my own due to technical issues Could you kindly assist me in finding a suitable alternative date or time?

Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I am hesitant to make an additional payment for rescheduling, as the need for rescheduling was beyond my control. I believe that it's only fair to avoid any additional financial burden resulting from circumstances outside my responsibility.
