There might be a discrepancy between the email or domain verification status in your Sendy application and the actual verification status in your Amazon SES console. Can you do this below :-
Double-check the email address and domain verification status in your Amazon SES console to ensure they are indeed verified.
If they are verified in the SES console, try refreshing the page in Sendy to see if the verification status updates.
If the verification status still doesn't update, try logging out of Sendy, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
