Amazon Connect to Shopify Integration issue

Hi Guys !!!

I'm currently facing a persistent issue while integrating Amazon Connect with Shopify. Despite several troubleshooting steps, the problem remains unresolved. Here's what I've tried so far:

Setting up a DQL: I ensured that the DQL was correctly set up to facilitate data queries between the systems.

Reconnecting API Gateway: I disconnected and then reconnected the API Gateway in an attempt to reset the connection.

Removing and Re-adding the Integration: I completely removed the integration and added it again to see if it resolves the error.

Code Review: I double-checked the code to ensure everything was functioning correctly. After these steps, I discovered that the root cause seems to be related to Amazon Connect's integration with EventBridge, specifically issues with merging the connection URL credentials.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any guidance or advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
