New administrator password is not correct at RDP

I lost previous password. Therefore I recreated by click on "get password". I provided key file then got the new password. But the new RDP reject the login, why? It was working many times before.

There's a slight chance the downloaded key file might be corrupted. Try downloading the key file again and using it for the password reset process also refer to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/ResettingAdminPassword.html
