Want to ask about Billing section

AppStream • Amazon AppStream StoppedInstance $0.035 per hour for a stopped On-Demand fleet instance in AWS region EU (Frankfurt) 21 hour , Total USD 0.74

• Amazon AppStream Streaming:001 $0.09 per hour for running a stream.standard.small Fleet instance in AWS region EU (Frankfurt) 80 hour, Total USD 8.01

$0.09 per hour for running a stream.standard.small ImageBuilder instance in AWS region EU (Frankfurt) 9 hour, Total USD 7.20

=============== That what appears to me in Bills sections: I am wandering why it says 80 hrs for Streaming and it is an On-demand fleet and it is the 3 rd day for using this service (from where 80 hrs come). Also, image builder, it is not logic to use image builder for 9 hours.

Is that a forcasting or it is a real usage ???

Streaming fleet is per instance-hour, not hour. How many users do you have? From the Pricing documentation:

Example 1: You stream applications to 3 users from the Microsoft Windows Server operating system using the stream.standard.small instance type and size. Your users streaming duration for the month are 32.5 hours. Your charges would be calculated as follows:

(32.5 hours x $0.12 per hour for a Microsoft Windows stream.standard.small streaming instance) + (3 unique users x $4.19 per user for Microsoft Windows RDS SAL license) = $16.47

Also, for Image Builder and Always-On fleets, instances may be considered running if they are available for use, even if no user is connected

ℹ️ To understand how charges are calculated for AppStream, please check the example on the AWS pricing page here: AppStream Pricing.

Could you please specify the exact section within the Billing and Cost Management dashboard where you are seeing these details?
