Elastic Disaster Recovery Sync Stalled

I've installed my first client on a windows server. It showed up in the console as Initial Sync but then it switched to Initial sync, 0% done | Stalled. Where do I find information on why it stalled and how to resolve the stall? I've rebooted the source server but that didn't change the state. I've looked at the server info view but there wasn't anything useful there either.
