Need Urgent Help: AWS Account Suspended, Client Data Locked

0

I’m from a startup where we help farmers calculate their carbon footprint. Our AWS account, which holds all our data, got suspended due to some mix-up with another closed account. Now, our clients can’t access their data, which they need urgently to get paid.

We’re struggling to get through to AWS and really need to show them our info to clear this up. **Does anyone have tips on how to get a quick response or arrange a meeting with them? **We're in a tight spot and could use some advice.

Thanks a lot!
