How to create marketing product that requires PA API *before* affiliate acct is 'approved' (see dtails)

Hello Amazon affiliate and product advertising API teams:

I am writing to request a review of my affiliate site/site concept before obtaining three qualifying purchases under my affiliate ID specifically so I can gain access to the product advertising API.

My Plan/idea for the marketing site is as Follows: • Template site as example for your further clarification ○ Diskprices.com (this is not my site)

• Intent is to create a price comparison site that is populated by the product advertising API.

• Category of goods: computer ports (primarily targeting those users choose to build their own computers.)

• Various data would be shown, including pricing, warranties, discounts, components, etc.

• Data to be displayed in a fairly tight table format to maximize usability for bargain shoppers/price comparison shoppers.

• The application/sales channel would be marketed through a variety of platforms to include places like Facebook, Reddit, Stack overflow, etc.
