[Bug]: CloudWatch Data Protection Policy not applied in RUM UI

Looks like the configured data protection policy is not applied in RUM when viewing rum events in AWS web console.

The events might contain PII data which should be masked based on the configured data protection policy given that these RUM events are pipelined to CloudWatch logs.
