AWS workflow error while importing, ConnectTimeoutError: Connect timeout on endpoint

I am using aws lakeformation workflow to create a data lake following this guide. everything is setup as said. the crawlers are working fine Discovery is successfully completed and Datacatalog tables are filled with the metadata. but the job is failing while importing and error statement says: ConnectTimeoutError: Connect timeout on endpoint URL: "https://aws-glue-assets-ap-south-1.s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/scripts/model/service-2.json"
