Hello.
It's impossible to know for sure without looking at the details of your bill, but it's possible that you're being charged for a public IPv4 address.
AWS started charging for public IPv4 addresses from February 2024.
Please check whether you have a public IPv4 address in your account using the method described in the document below.

It does not seem the case. I did not setup any pubic IPv4 and the Address Manager says "No IPAM found in us-east-1." In the article is also written that "The AWS Free Tier for EC2 will include 750 hours of public IPv4 address usage per month for the first 12 months, "
Please share specific details from the invoice screen. You can view your invoice by following the steps in the document below. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/getting-viewing-bill.html
There are some charges for VPC. I cannot determine which charges are being incurred until we see the breakdown. https://aws.amazon.com/vpc/pricing/?nc1=h_ls
You can look at Cost Explorer to see the breakdown. Select UsageType under GroupBy -> Dimension and VPC under Filter -> Service.
